Our new Tommy series of lift-the-flap board books offers more than just novelty! As readers follow along on Tommy’s everyday adventures, they will develop the important pre-reading skills of print awareness and word recognition. Each book features Tommy exploring his world in bold, colorful illustrations. On each page, a familiar object from Tommy’s exploration is shown, along with the corresponding word, in large, bold, black type. Large flaps, perfect for little fingers, offer phrases and artwork that move Tommy’s story along. The special-shaped format offers a special visual appeal.
